KakaoTalk ID is mostly used for adding or searching for friends, separate from your Kakao account.
The way to check your KakaoTalk ID is much simpler than you think. Both mobile and PC versions are available. First, let me tell you about the mobile version😊

There are two ways to check your KakaoTalk ID in the mobile version, and I’ll tell you in order. Once you access the KakaoTalk app, click your profile picture.
Click the gear-shaped [Profile Management] located in the upper right corner. If you scroll down a bit, you will see KakaoTalk ID right away. Simple, right? And click KakaoTalk ID.
Then, allowing the other person to search for my ID is also possible here! Therefore, if the other person searches for my ID and nothing comes up, you should check this, right? Next is the second way to check your KakaoTalk ID. In the KakaoTalk App Friends window, click [Add Friend] in the upper right corner.

The following is how to check KakaoTalk ID using the PC version. The PC I use is a MacBook, so it may be a little different. First open the KakaoTalk app and click your profile picture.
Then click [Profile Management].
Then the [Profile] window appears, where you can check your account as well as your KakaoTalk ID.
There is one more way to go to [Profile]. Go back to the Friends window and click [Preferences] at the bottom.
Then the [General] tab will appear, and if you move to [Profile], the screen you saw above will appear!
