How to find your KakaoTalk account and change your password

Go through the steps to verify your identity by selecting one of the following options: Identity Verification, Find Profile / Phone Number, or Find by Profile / Email.
I have selected the Find by profile / phone number menu and agree to all terms and conditions for identity verification. After selecting an option, click the Agree button.
Enter your name and social security number, and select the phone number carrier you are using to enter your mobile phone number.
Select the Authentication Request menu, enter the cell phone text message authentication code, and click the Next button.
You can then find a Kakao Account that matches the information you entered.
Reset KakaoTalk password
Let’s see how to reset KakaoTalk account password. Many people say that they are looking for their password again, but it will be the process of changing the password again.
Again, select the password reset menu in the Kakao Customer Center.
Enter your Kakao Account and click the Next button.
Proceed with user verification by selecting one of identity verification, phone number verification, and email verification.
I chose to verify by email. Enter your nickname and email to verify your email and click the Next button.
※ During the process of changing the password, the user authentication process may appear several times.
After entering the phone number to confirm additional users, click the Confirm button.
Enter the new password twice and press the Done button.
