Postal insurance mobile claims are processed in the order of identity verification -> insurance claim form -> electronic signature -> completion.

The statute of limitations for claiming insurance money must be filed within 3 years from the date of occurrence of the reason for payment of insurance money. Otherwise, the right to claim insurance money will be lapsed.

The insurance payment procedure is paid within 3 business days from the date of receipt. However, please note that if an investigation is required, it will be paid within 10 business days from the date of receipt.
