This is how to obtain an import declaration certificate through Unipass.

2. Log in with a public certificate.
3. After pressing the print button on the right, click ‘Import Declaration Completion’.
4. After selecting the relevant date, click the ‘Search’ button to search as shown below.
5. After checking the desired information such as declaration/certificate/certified tax payment exclusion in the box, click ‘Save PDF’ or ‘Print’ to complete issuance!
Isn’t it difficult?
If the square box is not selected, you must request the registration of shipper delivery to the customs agency that performed the import customs clearance.
If you make a request to the forwarder you use, it will be processed right away!
You can do the export declaration certificate in the same way.
Select ‘Export Declaration Completion’ instead of ‘Import Declaration Completion’ in step 3., and all other methods are the same.

3. Press the ‘Barcode Verification’ button.
4. Take pictures of the three barcodes at the bottom of the import/export declaration certificate in order for verification.
5. If executed normally, you can check the original information of the document.
*If you want to check only the authenticity of the import/export declaration certificate, you can check it in the menus (Information inquiry > Customs clearance information > Import > Import declaration certificate verification), (Information inquiry > Customs clearance information > Export > Export declaration certificate verification).
