How to use Kakao Bike
1. Launch the Kakao T app and check available bikes displayed on the map
2. Select the bike you want to use and move it forward
3. Select Use a Bike at the bottom
4. Authenticate by entering the QR code or authentication number attached to the bike into the app
5. Freely use the bike service after completing authentication
6. End use using the smart lock attached to the rear wheel of the bike
Kakao Bike Fee
Electric bike – Songpa-gu, Seoul, Seo-gu, Incheon, Jeonju, Ulsan: Basic fee 200 won (including unlocking fee and insurance fee) + additional charge 150 won/1 minute
– Other regions: Basic fee 1,500 won/15 minutes (including insurance) + additional fee 100 won/1 minute
General bike – Incheon Seo-gu (including Gimpo, Geomdan), Ulsan: Basic fee 500 won/20 minutes + Additional fee: 200 won/10 minutes
However, an additional fee of KRW 20,000 will be charged if the service is terminated in a place other than the service area. *Click on a bike pin to see rates in your area.
Accident while using Kakao Bike
Accident reception inquiry: KakaoTalk / wired both available

Treatment fee: 5 million won / 5 million won per person
*However, insurance is not applied due to the exemption from accident in case of drunk driving.
